Sending Crypto from Crypto.com to Another Wallet or Exchange

To send crypto from Crypto.com to another wallet or exchange, follow these steps:

• Press Accounts and then My Crypto Wallet
• Select the asset to send (e.g. USDC)
• Press Transfer and then Withdraw
• Choose External Wallet as the destination

Adding a Wallet Address

To add a wallet address:

• Press the + button to add a new wallet address
• Enter the wallet address and network (e.g. Arbitrum 1)
• Verify that the network is supported by both Crypto.com and the receiving wallet or exchange

Sending to Another Exchange

To send crypto to another exchange:

• Find the deposit address for the receiving exchange (e.g. Binance)
• Ensure that the network (e.g. Arbitrum 1) is supported by both Crypto.com and the receiving exchange
• Enter the deposit address and network in Crypto.com
• Confirm the transaction and complete any additional verification steps (e.g. Face ID)

Sending to a Self-Custody Wallet

To send crypto to a self-custody wallet (e.g. Trust Wallet):

• Ensure that the network (e.g. Base) is supported by Crypto.com
• Find the deposit address for the receiving wallet
• Enter the deposit address and network in Crypto.com
• Confirm the transaction and complete any additional verification steps (e.g. Face ID)
• Note that self-custody wallets require the gas coin (e.g. ETH) to be held in the wallet to pay for transactions on that network.
